No, I noticed too… which makes me wonder, how do people not notice she’s leaving BLOOD behind wherever she goes?? (Or did they just assume she had sensitive feet?)

The Prince mentions here: that his father and his father’s councilers don’t care about Nuala and here they’re praising Nerissa’s obedience. Perhaps in the Prince’s society, abuse against women is almost expected and praised? Especially in higher social circles?

I don’t want Narissa to be a killer… she is better than that… She only needs his blood and that doesn’t mean by way of death. The guy deserves to rot, don’t get me wrong. But she doesn’t deserve to go through that ontop of it. I hope this ends with him getting like cut or something and the blood falls perfect on her foot and then she escapes.
Also side rooting for the Princess to kick his butt a bit.. ok. a lot.
