Why’s the king talking all ‘ye olde faerietale’ and Willow talking normally?

It’s only their family that speaks that way. I think they’re meant to be Scottish. I say that because the ghost of their daughter says things like “wee”.

Hahaha, go Willow! I just hope the King and his men dont go looking for the pendent and bone finger, cause it wont be there. Gideon picked it up and if they miss each other, Willow might just find out what it feels like to be hung. :/

@MK: from her speech and the flashbacks, I’ve been getting the impression that Willow isn’t exactly a native of wherever this takes place. Perhaps the accent is a way to remind us that she doesn’t quite belong?
