Guilty? This would be the angry older sister who’s husband/fiance was cheating on her? With the younger sister who admitted she hopped into bed with the guy because she was jealous of her older sister? Guilty of what? Being righteously p*ssed off and getting into a shoving match with a nasty, spoiled brat?

Actually, it was never mentioned that he cheated on her with her younger sister. It just stated that he fell in love with the now deceased princess, but she didn’t attempt to discourage it. The older sister confronted her sister and pushed her into the river out of pure jealousy.

Please don’t kill your sister, don’t become a pure ghost of vengeance.

She would be guilty of ‘manslaughter’, at least in modern day US. Her lack of intent would be mitigative, but here concealing it after the fact would be fairly damming. Not sure what impact royalty/High Justice/pre-marital infidelity would have.

Can’t really guess what will happen. She did not truly die by her sister’s hand — if Jessa didn’t murder her, she probably would be alive today.

To me, her sister looks beside herself with a mix of shock and horror. She probably thinks she’s directly responsible for her death and likely kept her thoughts to herself for all this time.

Hopefully we’ll soon find out whether she suffered any guilt and shame for her actions. In any case, here comes out everyone’s dirty laundry.

So this is a horrid thought, but if the elder sister didn’t push her sister into the River, Willow wouldn’t have woken up.

Yep, but then there would be no story to begin with, so… Narrative Causality took place 😛

I can understand the elder sister’s reaction here–all she knows is she pushed her sister into the water and she washed away. So for all she knows, the poor girl drowned and it was her fault. She has no idea the younger princess survived the trip, but landed at the feet of a murderer. She will find that out, of course, but not before her dirty laundry gets aired over a few angsty and dramatic panels.

And…

Please don’t let the ghost say her spirit will be reborn in the baby of her sister. That would be…weird, at the very least.
